Refund Policy

Try the free plan first: it has every feature. If a paid plan still isn’t right for you, these rules apply.

• First payment: a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked.
• Renewals: a full refund within 7 days of a renewal if you used fewer than 10% of that period’s screenshots.
• Yearly plans: the first 30 days are fully refundable; after that we refund the unused whole months.
• Our fault: if a problem on our side kept you from using what you paid for, we refund or credit it, whatever the date.

Screenshots that failed, showed a bot check or came from the cache were never billed in the first place.

How to ask

Write to hello@screenshotneo.com from your account’s e-mail address. Refunds go back through Dodo Payments to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days.
